Zero Racial Disparities in Infant Mortality by 2033

Our Partners

Partner organizations provide services directly to families with the help of FLOURISH grants and capacity building support.

FLOURISH supports local organizations to provide needed interventions for families and babies. The following organizations are recipients of FLOURISH’s grants (2019-2021) because their programs help support St. Louis' moms, babies and families. Learn more about our funding history and ongoing work to strengthen a network of community-based organizations that works to eliminate racial disparities in infant mortality.

The organizations listed above completed grant project(s) that focused on increasing access to safe sleep environments or practices, enhanced the coordination of quality care for Black pregnant families, or addressed the social determinants of health, such as housing, access to healthy food, and transportation that create barriers for Black families and babies to thrive.
