Health Communication and Navigation

The St. Louis area has dozens of organizations already in place that are working to improve the lives and overall health of local mothers and their babies. And while these organizations are making an impact within their communities, too many community members still don’t know where or how to access these services.

By building relationships with the numerous health and support organizations in St. Louis, the Health Communication and Navigation Action Team at FLOURISH St. Louis strives to improve communication about existing resources and health information, and partner with families to help navigate complex health systems to drive the greatest community impact.

By connecting families with organizations across communities, we can bring together new and expecting mothers with the support and services they need.
